What are some good meds to treat Pink Eye Conjunctivitis/Bloodshot Eyes ?

Would lumify be good or any other alternatives that works if anybody experienced it?

I had a mix of deep stress and couldn't slept so well due to people being aggressive on the road while properly riding my e-bike.

I was super close to the sidewalk giving them an insane amount of space yesterday and people still get pissed off or verbally harass me. Even in college campus for simply wearing a leather black hoodie and walking.

Eyes have a bit of yellow stuff when I woke up, like glue sticky, never had this issue ever
