What are some good neck stretches?

More specifically stretches to improve posture and facial development. Ive been doing really violent neck stretches past few days constantly and have seen improvement in my eyes and facial features. Any recommendations on good neck stretches especially the back of the back to improve blood flow, encourage bone growth?
