What are some good surgeries for a underdeveloped lower third?

i’m 14 rn and i’ve always had a severely underdeveloped lower third my bp friends originally thought i had SFS but i actually got it checked and apparently i don’t have it but the thing is it still looks like it. my chin is super narrow, and when i smile or talk it gets even worse. when i talk only my bottom teeth show and it makes my face look more compressed vertically. would i need ccw/cw rotation? custom implants? bimax? mewing does nothing for me. i heard peptides + hgh + test won’t even help bones after a certain point so i wanna get educated now if anyone here’s done those surgeries or knows someone who has please give me advice this part of my face is killing me
