What are some good ways to distract myself whilst i wait for my uni results? (UNICELS GTFIH)

I just finished my January exams and its all that is on my mind atm, I cant do bad in these exams or else I will fail the module

“There are still resits in the summer! “ IM ON HOLIDAY WHEN THOSE ARE TAKING PLACE, so if I fail this module its genuinely fucking over for me

yeah. Im not telling you to do things that make you distracted, because if you tell yourself that something will get you distracted, you will just make you think about it more. But just whenever you are feeling the stress, just think of it as your body regulating the stress hormones, and that its a good thing.
