PCT or hunter eyes with good hooding (again, not exclusively ethnic)
Strong eyebrows slightly darker than the hair
For men: thick hair that stays nw0 well into middle age (hairline can't be too low though)
For women: Very high facial neoteny past age 30 (rare for white women)
Straight, jet black hair (especially if with light eyes)

It’s not an ethnic trait it’s just much more common in ethnics especially in black and Asian phenotypes where cheekbones are on average higher than whites causing the lateral canthus to sit higher relative to the medial canthus

Agree to an extent, black hair and pale skin is the ultimate colour contrast and if it’s thick,volumous and course it makes you look exotic eg

if it’s pitch black with no volume and straight as noodles it will make you look like a ricecel.

I disagree, it can look very elegant on both men and women. There's a reason Snow White's description features "...skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood and hair as black as ebony." Even in a 2 centuries old german fairytale, way before ethnic features would become commonplace because of globalization, people found the contrast between white skin and black hair beautiful.

I will agree that it can sometimes look weird because the contrast attracts attention, and if you're not good looking attracting attention can work against you. Lastly, if you are excessively pale or look unhealthy (dark circles, bad skin, tired-looking eyes), the contrast can actually make you look sickly.
