I am trying to make a list on stuffs that I should keep in mind to eat daily, I have experimented with both astaxantin (every other day because it's expensive) and lycopene (one spoon of tomate sauce daily), they are lifefuel for skin coloration, I have yet to take them at the same time however, do you guys know if the coloration stacks?

I have heard about potasium helping to deblot your face, here is a quote from an old post:

"Some sites encourage consumption of bananas to get a leaner face because of their very high potassium content, while other sites warn you about them being high carb (and carbs are known to be face bloaters). Eat only half of the banana, so you get all the potassium and none of the sugar.

I’m planning on taking suppliments such as beta carotene, niacin and vitamin a for skin and potassium.
 
Just take Ashwagandha everyday, make sure you get one with Black Pepper extract such as this one, as it will help to increase absorption and thus improve benefits.
