best way is to eat less. no snacks, and no sugar. nothing even begins to come close to it.

u can burn 200 calories with 30 mins of going through hell with HIIT, or u can just choose not to eat that one extra cookie. idk how it's even a choice here

i eat less i been on a deficit for 2 weeks, 1500 cals every day or under.

i eat sugr snd snacks sometimes becsuse if i crave them i just eat it and they can fit my deficit on some times. so water

no bro, I just ate less. for dinner, maybe rice size of a fist, a chicken leg, and some sauce. for lunch, would either skip or eat like a bowl of soup. for breakfast, a cup of coffee with a sandwich. I am no dietician, but that shit looks like 1k calories MAX

Now, if you eat a pack of chips (500 calories), and some sweet shit (let's say 300), you are already at 1700.

Question now is, are you willing to fuck your skin up, your health up, and double your caloric intake for snacks?
