the facial hair really doesn't suit you. especially if you wear gym clothes so much.

I believe that long hair and earrings can only work on a man if he looks extremely masculine both in face and body (think of a stereotypical Viking Warrior or Spartan).

In your case, I recommend a short hairstyle, clean shaven beard, no earrings, and get some tattoos.

Tattoos don't work on everyone though but since you seem to have good muscular physique, I believe it would work on you, if you get the right ones.

From what I have seen on dating apps and on the dating scene in general, women prefer sexy men, not effeminate men, and what is sexy on a man is the opposite of what is sexy on a woman. Basically, the more stereotypically masculine you look, the more attractive you are to women.
