Use sunscreen, take all ur vitamins by eating nutritious food, avoid the sun

My mom looks late 20s in her early40s
But I'm getting shitskin coloring by staying even 15 to 20 minutes in sun

How do I reverse pigmentation?
I'm using tret+Hydroquinone 4 percent

Is lifting weight's healthy ?
It is
Boosted my test
Also gave me strong bones and improved my frame
However I'd say start with bodyweight then move to weights

And don't overdo weights otherwise rip to ur joints

I wouldn't say it's healthy or hugely unhealthy.
Cardio and diet for health
Oh here is what most health experts say in order of most important for health to least.

1. Diet
2. Low body fat
3. Cardio
4. Lifting Weights
5. Low stress lifestyle

Blasting your skull before you become old is the ultimate anti ageing pill

Mainly u have to keep in mind that u don't overdo it

Also yeah cardio is great
I like going on long 10km runs once in a week

oily skin people age better. If you have dry skin then moisturizer every day. The average normie ages like shit because of stress, booze, drugs, malnutrition, insufficient sleep, and excessive sun (although i firmly believe if your insides/organs are healthy, the sun is beneficial and not harmful as your body will be able to process it properly. If you eat seed oils/etc it won't)

Not in a caloric deficit, or your fat genes are high.

What if I have the typa skin that gets tanned in 15 minutes?
Do I go in sun after applying sunscreen or not go at all?
I think I don't have oily skin but not dry too
Or it's just so fucking hot here that my skin melts occasionally jfl

My fat genes idk about them
People say i don't look fat but that's cuz I have good frame and my face doesn't hold much fat
