Overseas, plus shipping problems, also your in the Baltics dude, pretty remote

15 euros is pretty cheap for shipping.
Cost me like 50 USD for 2 boxes of 10 vials each from China to Australia including insurance.
Given seizure is quite frequent here so a lot of that would be towards insurance.
