What are subhuman, ltn, mtn, chadlite and chad out of 10

I often hear terms like "strong mtn" "low htn" etc. But what do they even mean out of 10?

LTN 4/10, MTN = 5/10, HTN 6/10, Chadlite 7/10, Chad 8/10+

So strong MTN would maybe be something like a 5.5/5.8 while low HTN is more like 6/10 or 6.2/10 ish
