Be able to produce high value kids and be able to understand and develop your kids properly.

Won't be content being a wage cuck

Will avoid materialism and other normie copes which are money and time sinks.

Higher emotional intelligence as you are aware of the root causes. Instead of spiraling into depression when things go wrong ect.

Comes with countless benefits tbh but is detrimentalal to mental health and maintaining any kind of relationships.
