What are the benefits of a maxillary downgraft?

I don’t want to lengthen my midface, but at the same time I believe a slight maxillary downgraft alongside CCW could help make my jaws bigger.

I know a long midface is a subhuman trait but long midface isn’t only really an issue if you have shit forward growth so my bimax advancement should offset it right?

Any information regarding maxillary downgraft and getting rid of SFS would be appreciated.

maxillary downgraft is clockwise rotation of the maxilla, ccw rotation= counter clockwise rotation, you cannot rotate one jaw clockwise and the other anti clockwise

OP, if you relax your lower jaw to open your mouth & you don't see your top front teeth at all, get a downgraft
