Bimax and rhino don’t really have a low percentage of being botched

So many people with results they’re heavily dissatisfied with on Reddit

The botch rate really depends upon the suregon for any surgery bro but many surgeries are safe nowadays.

It depends on the person getting surgery cos if ur subhuman it’s pretty impossible for surgery to make face much worse

It's not mostly botch rates, instead, it's mostly dissatisfaction rates
If you are not satisfied and got what you asked for, then it's a botch in my eyes

It depends in what way you mean, aesthetically or functionally? Aesthetically, no surgeon is perfect, you'll have to plan carefully with your surgeon to make sure you understand the likely outcome of your face post-surgery. In the case of something like Bimax/Trimax, if you are very recessed, you probably already have a functional reason to get it surprisingly, and pretty much any forward movement is going to be beneficial provided it's likely >5mm. Most surgeries as far as the performance goes are safe, generally your greatest risk in things like Bimax is nerve damage, which is about a 5 - 7% rate, with a more extreme but less common botch being loss of muscle function, which is far lower. Things like Rhinoplasty carry more risk surprisingly, because if you try to go smaller in size, you can interfere with your turbinates, which is what humidifies your sinuses and nose, that has a higher risk rate of anywhere from 12 - 20%, and people often times have to get their turbinates cauterized.

Really only extreme surgeries like Lefort 2/3, OBO (No sane surgeon will perform these on pretty much anyone without a medical or facial deformity related issue), carry higher risk. Consult with your surgeon of choice though and ask them their opinions, everyone has different amounts of muscle tissue, fat, etc. that can drastically change the operating capabilities of someone.
