I have scoliosis and my clavicles are asymmetrical which causes my facial symmetry to be shitty asf my thoughts are that if I fix it my symmetry should improve drastically :feelsautistic:

Go to a professional. I had scoliosis too and after 3 months of therapy it was fixed and until now (4 years later) I’m good

How old are you? If your bones are already fully formed, then only surgery.

Yes it did actually, as well as my torso asymmetry. It also can give you a cm or two

But start the therapy asap. The later you start the harder it is to change. I’m lucky I started when I was in puberty

What’s up bro I also have scoliosis, I developed it from high doses of hgh.

Here’s my thread about it

Anyways what I do is OMT, basically a doctor “corrects” your spine weekly. It actually does help with pain and straightening it out, just takes time.

Another thing I do is wear a “posture corrector” every single day, it really does help relieve my pain but idk if it’ll help with your problem. Give it a shot though
