Not an expert but from what I heard HGH and test should be your first go to. I also heard tren and masteron give good results but they are quite risky.

as for igf1 hgh is good but some people prefer peptides
id say go for peptides if u cant afford a good dose of good ugl hgh

stay away from the ghrps and hexarelin theyre not that good
u can do 3-10mg cjc dac + 10mg mk eod or cjc no dac + ipa
use lantus for more igf1 synthesis and igf1 receptor activation
u can also optimize gh release with somatostatin inhibitors and sedatives
