Selling and renting houses that you don't own. Very common in Detroit.

how tf can someone do thst
There are companies that own hundreds of small houses, but the cost to fix them is higher than the amount they'd get for rent or something like that, so anyways they just sit there for years with no one in them. So the criminals find a list of these houses some how, or figure out which ones they are, and break in and then change the locks.

Then they sell them, or rent them to poor people. They will meet face to face, and have some fake legal documents and the deed the house, or if it's a payment plan some other documents and they go to a bank to get the documents notarized so it appears more official. There might be a little more to it, I'm not sure.

Anyways, a lot of these victims only find out when they get an eviction notice and become homeless, and when that happens the criminals kill their phones and stop using those numbers. Most of the victims don't file a police report because they are too poor and too busy trying to find a place to live, and the police aren't smart enough to figure out who's doing the scamming usually. It's a massive scam with hundreds of victims I believe, that just keeps on going.

Life as a sub 8 male

Here in Romania, pretty much every week there's an story in the news about some girl scamming online a guy in the western world and convincing him to send money: first it was thousands of dollars, then tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, now there are even rich old guys who have been scammed of millions hoping they could get some Romanian pussy...

They do the same in Africa with rich European old men. They pretend to be sexy girl and ask for 1k and more and more

Sounds horrible, not sure why you’d encourage this

It is horrible. I'm not encouraging it. There are no good scams. When you're scamming some one, there's a real victim behind that scam and it's evil to do.

But it's good for people to be aware of scams so that they don't fall victim.
