what are the best supplements for skin/collagen?

I have been taking DHEA, Collagen pills and Glycine powder everyday. Are there any other supplements that work better or just as well?

Collagen Peptides (all 3 types), Glycine, Vitamin C and DHEA are the most bang for your buck. Don't go looking for anything further than this because you're just gonna find very "probably" supplements as opposed to ones actually proven to work, and who likes to gamble with their money? This is the stuff that shows the highest improvements in collagen production.

Aside from supplementing and living a healthy life, the best you can do to have good levels of collagen is not destroying it through things like sun exposure, tanning beds, alcohol, smoking or high DHT.

As a matter of fact I'd say you could take out DHEA and ignore vitamin C, if you're only taking DHEA for collagen then it's not really worth it, and vitamin C you can easily get very high dosages through your diet alone.
 
just eat meat, some kind of liver, and have some bell peppers
retinol, copper, collagen/glycine, vitamin c all there
anything with lots of carotenoids
vitamin e
 
supps for collagen are cope i feel like , retinol / ghkcu / spf50 pa++ / microneedling or death .

A glass of orange juice has 150 mg of Vit C.

Doses of vit C for collagen production optimization are 1000-3000 mg.
