Much has already been said about vitamins and hormones during PUBERTY, but my question refers to young adult males who already finished puberty, so no more heightmaxxing. What supplements are usefull if at all? Things like Zinc and Arginine, for example, so commonly recommended for puberty boys, would they be usefull for an adult male? It can be something thats usefull for any part of adult life, even more weirder ones like semen volume-> supposedly taking Selenium increase semen volume. What good info do you guys have on this?
