if you dont want peds, then idk try to get a prescription for adhd meds like vyvanse. vyvanse works insanely well for getting rid of your appetite. lost almost 12kg in 2 months bc of it. read the symptoms of adhd online, go to the appointment & describe your “symptoms”, and hope the psychiatrist prescribes it without running any other tests. other than this, only way is to stop eating but you said you can’t get rid of cravings….
