What are the best workouts for upper body?

My bf% is around 12% and im pretty skinny for my height so i could probably do a bulk and start hitting the gym, what are good workouts especially for shoulders
 
overhead press , lateral raises , revers peck deck , creatine 5g daily + calorie surplus
 
dude do FBEOD you will get notice more gains than U/L at least I did
