what are the effects of bimax on the eye area?

i have heard bimax can make some minor changes to the midface including the undereyes however most people who get bimax for purely cosmetic reasons dont post the results online for obvious reasons, so im having a hard time finding images of roughly what i can expect afterwards is it more of an actual skeletal change due to the bone healing or is it just that the skin gets pulled forward?

Any surgeon you consult with will tell you this, the Lefort 1 cut goes nowhere near the eye area to have a reasonable impact.

Some studies notice tiny changes when they use their special instruments to measure things, but nothing the naked eye would notice, at least not in 99% of patients.
