What are the effects of wisdom teeth removal on the appearance of the face?

I've heard it improves your looks and also that it ruins them so idk what to believe. Also what are the differences between having top wisdom teeth removed as opposed to the bottom (I only need the top ones removed)

if ur face is already narrow ur gonna die of sleep apnea. your throat will collapse and you will suffocate with the inability to breath along with tmj disorders. your mandible and upper jaw will retract without a bone graft. happened to me. they cucked me so hard.

i have a recesssed mandible btw but wide overall
