So what are the easiest and hardest areas to soft max and hard max.
I don’t know much about surgery so what areas can it improve the best.
For soft maxing I would say easiest is skin, and muscles, u can improve them a lot.
For surgery what’s the areas it can improve best, the jaw?
What areas do you really want to be genetically blessed in because they are the hardest to max
