IPD, ICD, PFL, OCD and PFH. What are the ideals for such ratios?

Autistic ratios dont matter. Also what the fuck are you gonna do even if someone gave you these ideal ratios? Get surgery to achieve all of them? Jfl

Ipd Depends on the skull but should be around 60-70mm prolly the median of the given range icd nasal bridge
Pfl to pfh is 3:1 it's ideal range

What's the ICD? Shouldn't it be around the same as the PFL?

Intercanthal distance, it should be equal to or 2 millimeters smaller then the PFL.

As for your original question, it depends on the bizygomatic breadth of the face (which depends of head size). This will determine how long or short the IPD, midface length, FWHR, ESR ratio, PFL-PFH ratio, nose width/length/projection should be for the face.
