Compare him with Bruce Lee, who has narrow, high set cheekbones and a stronger jaw:

I am yet to meet a person like Bradley Cooper or Gosling IRL with 4mm dystopia, to assess how it looks like. In the photos, looks quite bad. But even mine of 3mm kinda sucks: i cannot make straight photos of my gaze: it immediately throws off the whole face. I guess 1-2 mm is actually not significant at all.

Every mm of vertical asymmetry is noticeable. However, it is most noticeable in the photos. IRL it is surprisingly hard to identify everything up to 4mm UNLESS you are specifically looking for this flaw in the eyes.
