Are there any particular that stand out in their importance, a nutrient that is perhaps normal for people to be deficient in nowadays?
vitamin k2 is the first that come to mind.

the most important macro is protein. otherwise, make sure u top up ur vit d levels.

Basically from my understanding to grow you need nutrients, nutrients are obtained through food consumption. In essence according to my research you need to eat food to obtain these things called nutrients.
Ideally animal flesh, organs, animal fat in various forms, butter, cream, lard etc (all raw ideally and halal), oysters good too, raw of course, bit of lemon and its very tasty.
I had some oysters a week ago and a few days after that I was digging a hole in the ground and the smell of the dirt got in the air from the shoveling and it smelled very similar to oysters, I figured it must be the rich mineral content of the earth and the rich mineral content of the oysters and their shell which is very rich in minerals.
