This is one of the rare examples where pretty much everything the normies say is right. Not brushing your teeth, drinking, smoking, eating junk food, not exercising, not enough sleep, being stressed out, not enough vitamins in your diet, too much sun.
Sitting in a chair and/or staring at your phone for hours is also terrible for your posture which is a looksmin for sure.

Just dont be a fat fuck, eat right, get enough sleep and don't do any drugs and you will be good

I think that too much exercise is really bad, because you don't allow your body to repair itself, and it could cause large amounts of cortisol.

4x really isn’t anything insane tbh unless you arent sleeping enough.

Well, that depends on each person, obviously a roidhead will be able to do more exercise and recover faster, but for an ordinary person more than 4 days of hard training would be overtraining.

Doesn’t have to be high intensity 4x a week bro can be cardio too, most young dudes like me can get away with being active 7+x a week if we pair high intensity with cardio

Most dudes who I know who rot inside all day have unhealthy pasty skin I feel like my skin is ideal when I get 30-60 minutes of decent sunlight a day tbh.
Might be different because I have dark skin tho.

I never decided to bleach tbh but the environment I am in NZ is a very dry cold place so my skin dries out and cracks easily so I need to do a lot to maintain my skin.
30 minutes a day won’t even come close to giving me a tan/darker skin whatsoever. I only ever got tans when I was outside in summer around 2-3 hours a day.

It's not that bad but pay attention to its effects, maybe consider alcohol alternatives

If your hangovers are immense and last for more than a day yes, your dumping a large amount onto your liver that you aren’t used to in such a short period of time which causes strain and damage.
If the hangovers aren’t too bad and go away quick it shouldn’t be a problem.
