not short term things like haircut, dressing, and nofap

things that make huge difference in how you look (supplements included as well)
 
For huge changes onlt surgery and losing significant amounts of weight work

Other things are minimal but I guess they may add up overtime

Weight loss is the only thing. If you have subhuman skin then maybe fixing that as well. Everything else cope

it depends. ppl like streegereturn or crisick can grow a whole bigger jaw in their early 20s but that's just genetics

im 17 so maybe I can have some significant jaw growth? idk because my whole life my maxilla has been covering my face fat
