HTN can slay 4-5.5 Decent amount effort
Chadlite can slay 4-7 little effort
Chad can slay 4-8.5 barely any effort

He's using decile scale numbers.
Tbh I differentiate between PSL and decile ratings personally, using PSL for aesthetic ratings and decile for overall (including body, height, etc).
I would simply put 6/10, 7/10, and 8+/10 as HTN, chadlite, and chad respectively (overall). The decile scale has a better numbering for overall ratings.

PSL is just some random shit we use on this site for FACE alone, but face is only one part of the equation.

One can be a HTN with at least 4.5 face, granted they have at least a good body or height. You can still be HTN at 5 PSL if you have failos elsewhere in body/height.
Chadlite requires at least a 5 PSL face + good body and height (obvs you can play around with these variables, higher psl, worse height, etc)
Chad requires at least 5.5 PSL + top-tier body and height (usually we see chads as 6 PSL, good height, above average body)

Perfectly explained brocel, I admire the time you took to type it all but the normal scale is very very ambiguous, I was rated PSL 4.5 while between 6-8 on the normal scale. The only problem with the normal scale is that it's way too inconsistent.
