Hi, this issue is usually seen throughout Asians where the browridge and nasal region (some people like to call it upper maxilla) isn’t projected, I’ve also seen that the zygos being too far forward can also cause this effect. Usually this would be fixed with either a supraorbital implant, augmentation rhino or lefort 2.
But in my case my maxilla seems normal however my nose is extremely feminine and small with a very low nose bridge followed by recessed infraorbitals and slight bulging of the eye (likely caused by being a relatively high bf and just genetics) this makes my facial depth definitely one of my worst features within my side profile.
Im wondering if there’s any other solutions which can mimic/simulate a lefort 2 to get a result where the nose appears more prominent and forward grown, with augmentation rhino its usually a rib bone which is used to shape the nose, however I would like alternative options out of curiosity.
Would appreciate some helpful tips from some high iq users here, thanks.
