I have between mild and moderate teeth crowding and i want to have perfect teeth, please if anyone know which surgeries work for perfecting teeth and specially this teeth crowding let me know, ill pay with 50 reps

nigga why would i even ask this in here, ill just ask chatgpt
 
Braces and invisalign can be used for expansion too. Corticotomy (many cuts in alveolar bone) speeds up the process a lot in, half year may be enough instead of 1.5-2 years.
 
Face genics maxillary expander + mandible distraction osteogensis (if you have lower teeth crowing aswell), im going get these 2 surgeries once inheritance money starts rolling

MSDO has it's side effects and there's a reason why it's not a popular. Here's a video with an explanation

So what woukd be actually a good surgery to widen the jaw? Not implants, like actual jaw widening.
 
Get a pallet expander then braces

There's no "good" surgery for this, because every surgery comes with it's possible complications. What's your issue, maybe I could give you an advice.

Regular bottom teeth crowind basically, nothing much to say
