What are the undertones of caucasian pale people?

Today i saw a guy with pale skin and blue eyes, his undertones werent neither grey (like ethnics or curries) and neither were red-orange (it didnt looked with those Orange undertones),

his skin was pretty pale/white,what could be his undertones? I'm very sure he didnt had grey undertones. His pale skin with blue eyes looked so aesthetic
