yeah close set eyes are more brutal and noticeable, lokos down syndome. also if you have wide set eyes you can always try and get cheekbones implants and make the esr normal

Long nose is by far the worst facial failo imo.
It's literally unfixable.
It's the primary cause of long mid face and low FWHR, which together will make you a horse face.
At least a long philtrum can be offset by a lip lift + lip filler + facial hair.
