Yes, they make you appear more high trust and make your eyes look more youthful.

I dont think so its just a small fat pad.

Its nothing special not particularly good but doesn't take away enough to be an issue.

Usually its just caused by bad bone development/recession and lack of soft features like collagen loss and loss of fat in the area.

Things like hollowing, dropping and flatness around the undereyes are common signs of bad support.
