I would say tretinoin will do good

try some retinoid that you can purchase without prescription, and sunscreen so doesn't get worse, also you could try niacinamide, but I dont know how much will do, still the fastest option is tret, but I think you can get good results without, make sure you do your own research before buying anything

Well really 5/3/1 isn't as much of a training split or routine, it's more of a periodization method, meaning it's something you can include in your routine, something to implement to specific exercises, not the routine itself. But if your goal is purely to increase your bench as fast as possible then 5/3/1 periodization is probably not ideal, it is great to make consistent gains over long periods of time, but it's not exactly build for peaking fast.

If you're looking a specific program I'd look into something like Bradley Barbell's Bench PR Routine, you can either follow the routine straight up or take note of how he introduces his bench work and adapting it into your own routine (being mindful not to add too much volume work to the chest, since doing powerlifting work for the bench is already quite taxing).
