Anyway to hide them? Can they cause long term damage?
Yes, strech marks are lethal. Over time they stretch the skin until it comes apart.

You need to seek medical attention ASAP. This is an emergency bro.

Glad I could warn you.

Its a condition which appears to most when starting to workout. The skin and fat gets destroyed and the area becomes eventually just saggy skin and very bony. No fat whatsoever.

Book an appointment with a doctor.

This is a serious case, when it moves to the legs it can cause paralysis.

I'm wishing you the best of luck on your trip dude.

Do not listen to @Moggedbyevery1.

He's a very toxic user and tries to stop people from doing what's right.

I'm not trolling, you're currently in a dangerous situation.

I was morbidly obese in my childhood and most of my puberty (thanks mum :y'all:) so I have stretch marks too. I've spend a lot of time researching and basically you can't do shit.

There's a few questionable ways to minimize them.

What I'm gonna do is I'll get my entire upper body tattooed and then get big tattoos over the stretch marks. It shouldn't be too noticeable that way.

I have stretch marks on my ballsack

If they're red you can get rid of them easily
Just search online
