What are these?

I have had these tiny little holes in the upper part of my cheeks on my face since before I could remember and I just want to know how it is caused and how I could possibly treat it. This is one of the only pics that I have right now for reference, because it isn’t as noticeable in pictures as it is in person.

those are pores

you can use niacinamide serum it's supposed to improve the looks of the pores

you can look into laser treatments like Fraxel laser it improves how pores look

the best and fastest solution is to just use primer

Also accutane makes the pores look smaller
