If youre actively saving up money for a specific surgery and have had some sort of consultation and qoute then that counts but if its just some stupid fantasy then you cant count that

for me
-Working out 5 days a week
-Skin fade every 2 weeks
-Getting my test checked to see if TRT is requires

how tall are you? That could well be achievable natty, you can get to 190 10% natty, is that extra 10lbs of muscle really worth it?

sometimes i feel like if you’re lean; then nothing will help you apart from surgery. Maybe unless you got something that stands out a lot, like a unibrow. or shit collagen, but that’s just normie shit

body is big halo if you are decent looking. OP is 5’11 ish and a bit above average face so it helps a lot in his case.

Good luck, make sure you go to reputable surgeons though. I could never go to a surgeon in Brazil, no offence

how is teeth whitening going for you? Im currently using opalescense carbamide peroxide and seeing some results but not amazing

I've seen some results but I've stained my teeth pretty bad over the years, looks like I've been undoing the damage though. Been using oil pulling and using a baking soda/hydrogen peroxide mix. I think my enamel is fine so my teeth should be fixable

Nothing amazing yet for me either but I hope consistency will see a nice improvement in my teeth. That with mouth widening and lip exfoliation should help fix up my mouth area a bit but I'll still need a lip lift.

I had vit D deficiency last year, it's important for calcium absorption, increases T.
Zinc It's fundamental for T production, on top of that it gives you vivid af dreams.

Oil pulling is a teeth whitening technique you do by swishing oil in your mouth
