Im triying to stress less and stop doing so many things at once
Stopped BONESMASHING and facial exercises they are looksmin

Just do skincare
Try to eat maintaince and 200g protein
And workout
Also try to fix my posture and pelvic imbalances

cardiomaxxing, dropped 40 lbs since June. gonna start gymaxxing soon once i lost 10 more lbs.

a few months in I was feeling weeker and weaker so i took a long time off, I suspect I was wasting away muscle at that point. but I started losing weight as an obese fuck so cardio was better for me and had quicker results instead of going straight to the weight room imo.

I also do 200 crunches on every "even" day.

Im telling you because
I was working wagecucking a lot like from 7-18
Doing bunch of exercises
20km a day
Sleeping 6h
Doing 30hardcore HIIT
Bonesmashing and such bullshit which caused more infmlattion and stress
Facial exercises 1 hour daily which was gigacope and uselss
+ I was in a manic episode so it didn’t bother me

1-2
Months in my nervous system fried
Im recovering
