What are you insecure about?

Most guys here are insecure about weight, skin, height, confidence or some kind of birth defect but I am not sure if that's really the case IRL

IMO most guys are insecure about:
-Height (alot of people said that)
-Dick size (of course they wouldn't say that in a video jfl)
-Balding (only few guys mentioned that)
-One flaw on their face they focus on like nose, ears (nobody mentioned that)
Body (few guys mentioned that).

In my chase it's my moodiness/bipolar disorder which changes my perception of the world so I literally become insecure about everything feelsbadman
