What are the best techniques to fraud pics for social media / online dating ?

Nothing like faceapp etc need stuff like eyelid pulling etc

Ie this pic good but heavily frauded how do you get pics like this ?

Take selfie from a higher angle to fraud away UEE or a lower angle to accentuate your jaw.

Use timer camera and burst mode for selfies so you can concentrate on looking good.
