Mine is to get lean / lose body fat

- maybe an internship
- get more lean improve my proportions a bit
- clear skin
- get LTR

Quit my minimum wage job I been stuck in for 3 years and start university with money I made from crypto to get a programming degree and secure my future with better career options
Also get sicker physique and more lookz
I’ll also be travelling around in hostels for a couple months
Probably get a new gf

Try walking in the morning
for 30 minutes to 1 hour
feels really good and burns fat
don't jog or run, just walk slowly, listen to music if you want

If I avoid my devices for the first few hours after waking up it's a lot easier to drastically reduce my screentime that day. If I start scrolling 30 secs after waking up I kinda put my brain into zombie mode where I just start using it the whole day.

your screentime is an addiction, a bad one,
I have it too
but, good habits are also an addiction
Like walking, reading, meditating, working out
What you need to do is phase out your bad addictions with good ones

basically cope better, jfl

Though you are admin on this site, doesnt that restrict the 2 hours screentime margin you're giving yourself
