i've heard south american countries are a good option maybe also a few asian ones like malaysia, thailand and singapore.

Yeah few LATAM countries like Chile are far off any BS that might happen, but we are also talking about a better place with high QoL compared to LATAM.

Asian ones are still in danger regarding their close proximity by China, Russia and India.
