They are majority Shia, so automatically they are closer to non Arabs, and anti-Sunni, and I REALLY hate Muslims especially Sunnis, so I go with Iraq, and Iraqis tend to like Egypt and are very pro Egypt, while the rest of the Arab world despise us, and third I liked an Iraqi user here, and for Netherlands I was actually thinking about whether Belgium or Netherlands, but went with Belgium, Netherlands a honorable mention though.
