Been maxxing since 17. Posting full timeline with before and after, current phase and what actually changed.
I’m not here for validation. I want analysis from people who understand bone structure, ROI and realistic improvement potential.
Every step I’ve taken has been tracked and intentional.

Stats:

Nordic phenotype
Blond hair, blue eyes
183 cm, 70 kg
Currently 21 years old

Procedures and interventions:

Gummy smile surgery and teeth bleaching
HGH from 12 to 18 prescribed for height correction, grew from 175 predicted to 183
Two testosterone cycles
First 300 mg per week for 8 weeks, added muscle and early facial masculinization
Second 600 mg per week for 12 weeks, gave more density and bone definition but diminishing returns
Started TRT in March 2025 after low natural levels

Current protocol:

170 mg test C per week subq 50 mg every other day
3 IU HGH daily for bone growth
2 mg GHK Cu daily which drastically improved skin quality and barrier integrity
Mild bonesmashing on zygos with K2, D3 and calcium support
Brows darkened with dye and thickened/lowered with minoxidil since January 2025
Currently focusing on posture correction with chin tucks and working with physiologist
Skin protocol simplified to only GHK Cu, no skincare products
Will later microdose isotretinoin, then move to tretinoin for long term maintenance
Planning microneedling and CO2 laser after acne is fully resolved
Planning edge bonding to complete dental aesthetics

Structural and aesthetic improvements:

Browridge and orbital support improved from TRT and GH
Jawline and mandible widened significantly, noticeable enough for old friends to ask if I had surgery
Chin went from recessed to balanced
Clavicles slightly narrow genetically but delts compensate through growth and training
Hair thickened and turned wavy which hides a slightly flat occiput
Overall look became sharper and more dedicated due to testosterone
Facial harmony improved and the face now has a distinct look that reads balanced in real life
Coloring improved, lighter hair contrasts well with darker brows and warmer skin tone
People often call me good looking when out, including straight men which confirms social appeal

Halos:

Nordic phenotype
Good facial harmony and proportion
Dismorphism

Killers and weak points:

Frame still limited by narrow clavicle genetics
Philtrum on the longer side but balanced somewhat by chin height
Residual bloating from bruxism and stress
Skin still not perfect though much better
Flat cranial back hidden well by hair
Around 20 percent body fat currently, plan to cut before next phase
Lack in some forward growth

Mindset and philosophy:

Looksmaxxing for me is about optimization within natural range.
Copying another person’s morph never works long term. Find you own look that suits you.

What I want feedback on:

Top three ROI areas worth targeting next
Frame optimization strategies for narrow clavicles
Thoughts on potential upcoming procedures: buccal removal, canthoplasty, lipo, edge bonding
Opinions on how to maximize facial harmony further
General tips and thoughts
Realistic PSL rating including look, structure and presence

these photos pmo
why do they randomly zoom
lose bf

grow hair out, you need volume on the sides to balance fwhr

I agree. But every time I do my face looks rounder, so I got to find a perfect spot.
Planning on growing all hair out now and going down to 12% with reta.

Laser for rosacea(its not co2 laser) and save out long hair. To be fair it lagged so much so i couldn't watch pic for long but you looks good already. Try to maintain. Maybe you should focus even more on skin and diet. I would stop test because you already look ogre enough

Thanks for value.
I’m on trt for life so not stopping, but making sure the dose isn’t too high. Diet is good since I have private chefs at work. I’m gonna focus more on skin after this «bone phase». But yeah laser is a good tip, I get told I’m a bit red in the cheeks.
What do you think of this plan:
Reta down to 12% bf
Low dose iso
Tret
Laser
Posturemaxxing
