Yeah, it's hard to cut under 12% natty tbf without taking it to the extreme like that. Body adjusts to starvemaxxing by the time you reach 12%, so it becomes a game of constantly upping the ante which has a limit. You cant survive under 1000 calories for a long time, forget about cutting it down further and further to offset the body's adaptation.
