what body fat % and is it over for my frame?

i am 73 kg and 187cm. i’m gonna start working out again because i wanna lower body fat % to get hollowed cheeks and i need to fix my shitty posture. i have not worked out for a sustained period of time for like 3 years

i used to be a football (soccer) player (goalkeeper) in a good academy until i got released at 16 :( so i have some athletic genes i think idk.

can u guys tell me my body fat % and if my frame is good enough to build anything substantial on?

abt 20% bf i think idk with that waist, but your weight and height suggests it should be less

and you can improve body by gymcelling regardless of frame, so thats not really a question

yeah but some people i know irl go gym and they still look like shit because they have weird ass body shapes or they are small and it just makes them look shorter. that’s why i ask about frame

20% your frame isn’t over tier but it’s not anything special. You’re classic skinny fat, cut down until you get abs and then bulk up in the gym

ok frame, hips look wide but probably just bf% too high
