What body fat is ideal, and does it all just depends on your bones, lets say Vasily and Richard, for example, seems to be 8 to 10 procent bodyfat, but i've seen some people look weird at those levels aswell, and better at higher levels, good bones low bodyfat? shit bones higher bodyfat to hide them or what?

Body fat percentage can vary significantly from person to person based on factors such as genetics, muscle mass, bone structure, and overall body composition goals. There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer to what body fat percentage is "ideal" because it can depend on various factors including individual preferences, health considerations, and athletic performance goals.

Generally, for men, body fat percentages can range from essential levels (around 2-5%) to higher levels considered healthy (up to around 20-25%). For women, essential levels are slightly higher (around 10-13%) due to physiological differences.

Vasily and Richard, as you mentioned, may maintain low body fat percentages due to their athletic pursuits or genetic predispositions. However, it's essential to recognize that even individuals with low body fat percentages can have different body shapes and appearances based on factors like muscle distribution, bone structure, and individual aesthetics.

Bone structure can indeed influence how body fat is distributed and how one's physique appears at different body fat percentages. Some people may have naturally broader or narrower bone structures, which can affect how lean they appear at various body fat levels. However, it's important to note that bone structure alone doesn't determine whether someone looks better at higher or lower body fat percentages. It's just one of many factors that contribute to overall appearance.

Ultimately, what's most important is achieving a body composition that is healthy, sustainable, and aligned with your personal goals and preferences. Rather than fixating solely on achieving a specific body fat percentage, focusing on overall health, fitness, and body confidence can lead to a more fulfilling and balanced approach to wellness. If you're unsure about what body fat percentage is appropriate for you, consulting with a healthcare provider or fitness professional can provide personalized guidance based on your individual needs and goals.
