What can be done to fix the jaw angle being below the lower lips position?

From what i heard the idea jaw angle would vertically be in sync with the commsiure of the lips (or atleast not surpassing the lower lips). anything below that is unideal? How bad of a failos is this?

Say for instance u placed an implant that lower the jaw below the lips but increased the bigonial width to nearly 90% of bizygo would increasing the bigonial make up in attraction and even increase attraction even though the jaw is now below the lower lip now?

What do u mean the moment its below the lower lips its already bad. I dont know how bad looking it is but tbh i have like 110 degree gonial angle and its below the lower lips already. So, not sure how 90 degree is when it gets bad ; Since, mine is already below lower lip at like 110

Now obviously this is an extreme example but say jaws that do not possess this extremism in verticality but still below the lower lips . How awful in attraction failo would this be?

What surgery can be done for that. Cant u use just shave the gonial angle or something. the only thing that i feel would work for this would be the bimax plus cw rotation but, say u dont want to touch the midface ratio beause its 1.00. What can u do then to just touch up on the jaw.

Alos, not sure how if i rotate the jaw the long ramus wont just obstruct any positional changes u can do since it's so long. u get me

Bimax doesn’t change mfr maybe a little bit if ur philtrum gets a little longer but that’s a lot better than whatever deformity this is

Nah the jaw angle itself isn't the direct problem here, it's a symptom of the ramus being too long

Only some form of jaw shaving would help this guy

I don't know if it's even possible to shave the ramus bone to be shorter
